Bears and Gifts deliver bears and gifts across Australia, to New Zealand, United Arab Emirates and to the UK. Delivery - our bears and gifts choose to travel with Australia Post. Please allow between 1-8 working days for delivery within Australia.

Please ensure that if the parcel is going to a business address we are told that it is a business, the business name, building number and name, floor number and any other business information that maybe required.

 Returns & Refunds Policy 

B Bears and Gifts strive to excel in customer service. We want your teddy bear shopping experience to be the best possible.

Our return policy

Teddy Returns:

We will only accept a product return if

  • The bear is faulty or should was not of a quality to be sold
  • Our teddy does not match the picture or our description we have provided.

In these circumstances we will provide an exchange, web site credit, refund or repair. We will work with you to find the best option.

What if you Change your mind?

Our policy is simple, if you change your mind you may return the teddy and we will be happy to provide  an exchange or web site credit. No financial refunds are provided for a change of beary mind and postage is the responsibility of the customer. All teddy bears must be returned within 7 days of purchase at your own expense.

The box must be unopened, unused, in its original condition and packaging complete with any tags still attached.

We care for all our bears when they leave and take a photo and put it against your order so that the quality and condition can be seen prior to the bear leaving us.

We reserve the right not to offer an exchange product or web site credit for change of mind returns.

If we have provided you a special little gift  there is no refund on free items or bonus items.




Bears and Gifts are dedicated to the privacy of the information that you provide us, including your purchases, contact details, payment types and details. We do not provide this information onto any other parties. Unless you have informed us we will not pass on the purchaser details to the addressee of the gift/present/purchase but will only pass back to the purchaser the request that has been made. Details are not used for marketing purposes (Bears and Gifts customer club will receive monthly emails).

The checkout and this website has been made secured by LKT Consulting who designed the B Bears and Gifts web site.




We accept PayPal, "the global leader in online secure payments" to process online payments. If you choose this option you are taken directly onto the secured paypal web interface where you can make a payment into the Bears and Gifts paypal account. We will usually be contacted by paypal within an hour to confirm the payment has been made.

PLEASE NOTE I am waiting for my Bears and Gifts PayPal account to be made operational so at the moment you will be taken through to my personal PayPal Account.

You can pay by direct deposit into the "Bears and Gifts" bank account. Your order will be shipped as soon as funds are received. If you would like to pay using this method please contact us for banking details.


Credit Card Option


If you choose credit card you are taken to the next secure page where your credit card details are taken. We accept both VISA and Mastercard Credit Cards. Please note that once the order is shipped or after a fortnight the system automatically removes your card details so if you put through a second order you will need to re-enter your credit card details.

PLEASE NOTE I am waiting for my Bears and Gifts Secure gateway to be made operational, so at the moment credit cards payments can be made through the Pay Pal Account


Payment Methods


Payments are made through our secure RSA 1024 bit encrypted order page. This is issued through Equifax Secure Certificate Authority. You can tell this as a Padlock will be seen (usually on the address bar of the site when you are in the secure payment pages.

Once you select the checkout button from your "cart" you are taken directly to our secure payment pages. At this point you need to fill in your deatils for shipping and contact and then choose a payment method. The choices are "Credit Card" or "Paypal". A screen will pop up and ask you for the delivery type, either standard or express.


Email for Availability Sign


In peak times, some items may be have a note stating "Email for availability". This means the item has been ordered from the supplier and will be expected back in stock soon. For most products stock can be ordered and received within 48 hours. If you wish to put an order in for an item with this message contact us and we will let you know how quickly the item will be available for purchase.

If you have entered more than one of an item and the order screen states there is insufficient stock please contact us to order the extra items for you.


Purchasing items


When you find a product you wish to buy click the "BUY" or "ADD TO CART" button to add the product to your shopping basket. As you add items to your basket you will automatically be taken to the basket. From here you can either "Continue Shopping", increase the quantity of the item or "CHECKOUT" to complete the sale. When you "CHECKOUT" you will be taken to a secure area for payment.

At any stage of your online visit you can see the contents of your basket by clicking on the "VIEW CART" button in the top right of the page.

The contents of your shopping basket immediately adjusts our stock level so that you can be sure that the goods will be available once you finalise your purchase. To make sure stock levels remain accurate shopping baskets are cleared automatically after 2 hours.

To order more than one of any item click on "VIEW CART" button and change the appropriate quantity. You can also remove items from your shopping basket here.

To pay for the items click on the "CHECKOUT" button. This will take you through the checkout process where you will be able to provide your delivery details before finalising your purchase.




Due to the great range of items Bears and Gifts has grouped items into categories to make it easier to browse. From the navigation bar on any page simply click on a category heading. You can then choose to browse a particular sub category or browse all products in the main category.


Searching for items


You can search for a product by clicking on the Search button. For best results, try keeping your search string simple.

Also you can refine your category down using the "FILTER BY PRICE" slider bars.
