How is postage calculated?

We calculate the postage based on the FULL COST of the bear. Therefore even on a sale our postage stays the same for bears of the same size. When you open your cart you will see an option for Parcel Post or Express Post. You get to choose.

Can I use my coupon online?

Coupons can only be used online. They are added to the cart before purchase and going through to Paypal.

How many coupons can I redeem online in one order?

Only one coupon can be redeemed at a time in a single order.

Can I have an online purchase shipped to a store for faster pick-up?

We can ship to anywhere that you request. Please note we do NOT take responsibility of shipments to non residential properties.

How often is your bear availability updated?

We use an online stock facility. When a bear is purchased it is immediately updated on the site.

How do I contact the carrier who will deliver to me?

We Use Australia Post. You should have received a tracking number once your bear was sent to you.

How do secure is your website payment system?

We purposely only use PayPal for all transactions. This way we will never hold or see your credit card details. We only get notified that a payment has been made.
